From Yarra Valley Psychology to Inspire Health and Medical
In the heart of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, a story of transformation and growth unfolds. In 2001, a small private practice named Yarra Valley Psychology embarked on a mission to deliver exceptional psychological services to the community. It was a beginning rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to quality mental healthcare.
FORMERLY KNOWN AS YARRA VALLEY PSYCHOLOGY
Founded in 2001, our company started out as Yarra Valley Psychology
– a private practice offering services to the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We have since grown to a wonderful team of administration/intake staff, Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, Counsellors, Chiropractors, student Counsellors and other allied health services.
What started as Yarra Valley Psychology, a humble team devoted to mental health, has grown into an expansive collective of over 50 dedicated professionals.
Today, our team includes Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, Counsellors, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, and Student Counsellors.

Our transformation signifies more than a name change; it represents our dedication to accessible health services and clinical excellence.
Our growth is measured not only by the expansion of our team but also by the depth of our community relationships. Today, Inspire maintains alliances with over 15 schools in the local areas, provides unwavering support to charities, fosters an active online community of more than 800 members, and proudly operates clinics in Croydon, Lilydale, and Mitcham.
