Kayla is a dedicated, hardworking, and caring support worker with extensive experience assisting primary school-aged children with various intellectual disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders. 

She has a genuine passion for helping others and is eager to expand her skills and work with individuals of diverse ages and needs. 

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, reading, singing, and spending time with her two border collies. 

Kayla’s approach to support work is characterised by advocacy, empathy, and inclusive and client-centred practices, reflecting her commitment to creating meaningful change.
