Counseling typically focuses on specific issues or life challenges and provides support and strategies for dealing with them. It’s often more short-term and solution-focused. Psychological services, on the other hand, can address a wider range of mental health conditions, utilising various therapeutic techniques for deeper, long-term emotional and behavioural changes. Both services aim to enhance your mental wellbeing.

During your first visit, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and any specific needs you have. Your therapist or health professional will gather some initial information and outline how they can support you. It’s a chance for you to get to know your therapist and for them to develop a tailored approach that best suits your individual situation.

 Hypnotherapy is a safe, complementary treatment when conducted by our trained health care professionals. It can be an effective aid in treating a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, pain management, ADHD, and eating disorders, among others. Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus to help make positive changes in your thought patterns and behaviours.

We accept self-referrals, Mental health care plans, Workcover, TAC, DVA, NDIS, VOCAT and private health insurance.
