Individuals who are selected for our team will enter a cooperative workspace under the guidance of senior psychologists.

Given our practice’s moderate to large size and presence across multiple locations, we actively support our staff in advancing towards their areas of interest and strengths. Opportunities for growth include roles in supervision, team leadership, general management, project initiation, or the marketing of related products and services like books or specialised therapies.

  • Strong clinical and counselling skills
  • High work ethic and personal management skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eligibility for Medicare service provision
  • Registration with Psychology Board of Australia (Psychologists)
  • Registration with Australian Association of Social Work (Social Workers)
  • Competency in the assessment and treatment of a variety of psychological conditions
