Areas of interest – Gastrointestinal health, specifically irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) management, the low FODMAP diet, food allergies and intolerances, the RPAH failsafe diet and coeliac disease.
Therapeutic Approaches – Kat has experience providing an empathetic and evidence-based approach with various clients addressing the relationship between diet and disease. She enjoys collaborating with clients to create goals and achieve them together.
Growing up in the Greek-Australian community I’m sure it comes as no surprise that food has always been culturally central in Kat’s family. She is passionate about helping individuals develop a healthy relationship with food as nourishment for their emotional wellbeing as much as it is for their physical body.
