Vivian is a person-centered therapist and works with various modalities in a non-directive way. The aim is to work collaboratively with the client towards being more centered, calm and aware. She is a Buddhist-influenced counsellor, a member of the Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a qualified multi-faith chaplain. The foundation of her practice for over twenty years is in Ashtanga Yoga but she has also had esoteric experiences, including shamanic healing. Vivian previously worked in academia, as a yoga teacher and in spiritual care.
