Sherena Huang is a registered psychologist providing trauma-informed, client-centred psychological interventions. She utilises a broad range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method for relational and couples work.
