I provide supportive, client-centered, evidence-based psychological therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and Complex PTSD, grief and loss, workplace stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, family conflict, couples counselling, and major life transitions and neurodiversity..

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, to clients experiencing trauma/complex trauma (intergenerational and transgenerational) , anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, and relationship struggles.
